Doctor Aman belongs to a sports family from North India. He started playing sports when he was 5 years old. He has PHD in Yoga and Masters in sport & Yogic science. He has a very effective knowledge of Yogic science, acupressure, hypnotism, Kundalini Massage & kinesiology. He specializes in treatment of any physical & mental disease & disorders. A graduate from Punjabi University Patiala, India, with a D.P.Ed (Degree in Physical Education with Yogic & Sports Science), he is a qualified Coach in Yoga, Judo & Fencing, qualified from National Institute Of Sport, India. Aman is very passionate about yoga.
According to Aman, Yoga is not a religion; instead it is our inner identification. For Aman, yoga is science, yoga is a lifestyle, yoga is philosophy, but most importantly, yoga is an inevitable part of life. Aman’s commitment and determination brought him great achievements and results in this field. Aman has won numerous awards in Judo, Fencing, Wushu and yoga.
Aman has 11 years experience of teaching Yoga. In his classes, students enjoy a supportive, challenging, and light-hearted environment where they are encouraged to explore their edge, identify their strength, and awaken their spirit. His teaching comes from a belief that yoga is a powerful vehicle to bring about transformation and positive change, not only in our own lives, but also in the lives of others. He feels honored to be able to share the gift of yoga with others.
